Italy Villa Perla consists of the main villa and a charming annex located 40 meters away.
The main villa, spread across two floors connected by an internal staircase, offers an expansive and inviting living area. The ground floor features spacious sitting rooms, two elegant dining areas, and a large industrial kitchen, perfectly suited for gourmet meals. A guest bathroom adds convenience. Every room flows effortlessly into the garden through grand French doors, enhancing the villa’s connection to the surrounding landscape.
The first floor is dedicated to relaxation and rest, with five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two luxurious double bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms with hydromassage tubs, while three additional double bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The annex is divided into three independent apartments, offering additional accommodation. The first apartment features a cozy living room with a kitchenette on the ground floor, with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom upstairs, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The second apartment, also on the ground floor, comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a double bedroom, served by a bathroom with a shower. The third apartment mirrors the first in layout, with a living room and kitchenette on the ground floor and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom upstairs. A dedicated laundry room is located in an external area adjoining the buildings.

Positioned in an enchanting panoramic setting, the swimming pool enjoys uninterrupted views of the rolling hills and surrounding countryside. Located approximately 60 meters from the villa, it can be reached via a gentle garden pathway or a grand stone staircase. Measuring 8 x 15 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters, the pool is lined with PVC and features a saltwater purification system, internal lighting, and easy-access steps.
Encircling the pool, a spacious sunbathing lawn is outfitted with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, creating a private sanctuary for guests to unwind. A charming annex nearby, constructed of stone and adorned with a vine-covered pergola, provides a dedicated relaxation area with a refrigerator and two bathrooms with showers. The pool is available for use from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
