The interior of the property consists of a main villa and five annexes, each thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. In the main villa, the ground floor features a large living room with a dining table, a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and garden access, a professional kitchen, a reception area, and a guest bathroom. The first floor includes three double bedrooms, two of which have divisible beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a double bedroom with a divisible bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds that share a bathroom with a shower.
The first annex includes a dining room with a kitchenette and three double bedrooms, two of which have divisible beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second annex offers a kitchenette with access to a porch, along with a double bedroom that includes an en-suite bathroom. The villa’s swimming pool is situated close to the main building and is securely fenced for safety. It includes a separate shallow area designed for young children. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 14 by 10 meters with a constant depth of 1.2 meters. It uses chlorine purification, with internal steps providing easy access, and is lined with blue tiles. Surrounding the pool is a solarium area equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, providing a refreshing space to relax during Tuscany’s warmer months.
