Situated in the pristine Maremma region of Tuscany, Italy Villa Ninfeo rests at an idyllic 350 meters above sea level, offering panoramic hillside views. Located at the border between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto, this enchanting villa invites you to experience the authentic charm of Tuscany.
The villa’s rich history traces back to the 1300s when it formed part of the Casenovole castle. Its 1970s expansion seamlessly blends modern comfort with historic allure. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, while the professionally designed kitchen boasts stunning 17th-century Neapolitan tiles.
An Outdoor Haven
Italy Villa Ninfeo is surrounded by a vast, 1.5-hectare park, beautifully designed to enhance your connection with nature. Ancient holm oaks provide shaded areas for hammocks and outdoor lounges, while a fully furnished patio and shaded dining area create the perfect space for al fresco meals. Beneath a covered portico, you’ll find a barbecue and a large wood oven, ideal for relaxed evenings with friends and family. Guests can also enjoy a bocce (bowls) court nestled within the grounds.
The property is fully fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, with parking available under the shade of holm oaks. Seasonal changes may influence the appearance of flowers and grass, as shown in the provided springtime photographs.
The Infinity Pool
A short flight of steps leads from the garden to a spectacular infinity pool that serves as a scenic terrace overlooking the villa’s expansive vineyards. Measuring 7 by 17 meters with depths ranging from 0.90 to 1.50 meters, the saltwater pool is bordered by stone paving and equipped with loungers, tables, and umbrellas. Pool heating is available upon request (additional charges apply), and a cover preserves water temperature overnight. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Interior Elegance
Italy Villa Ninfeo spans two floors connected by an internal staircase. The entrance leads to a spacious living room with large glass doors, a working fireplace (available from September to April), and direct access to the garden. Adjacent to the kitchen, which also has an outdoor service entrance, you’ll find a guest bathroom and a cozy family room with a sofa and TV.
The upper floor houses five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Four bathrooms feature a bathtub with a shower head, while the fifth offers a walk-in shower. The master suite has a private entrance via an external staircase, providing additional privacy and convenience.
