Italy Villa Gerardo is located near Campagnatico, it is ideal for exploring Montalcino, Saturnia’s thermal baths, and the Tyrrhenian coast. Spacious interiors, a panoramic pool, and landscaped grounds make it perfect for families and groups.

On the first floor, the main entrance opens onto a hallway leading to three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers. From the hallway, two staircases lead down to the ground floor—one to the kitchen and the other to the open-plan dining and living area.
The ground floor houses a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a pantry, which connects to a covered portico used as an outdoor dining area. The open-plan dining and living room features a Smart TV and an ornamental fireplace, with direct access to the garden. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom complete the ground floor. All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with independently controlled air conditioning.
