Italy Villa Valleverde is a refined retreat just outside Santa Venerina, set in a picturesque agricultural landscape at 200 meters above sea level on the slopes of Mount Etna. Its prime location offers easy access to charming villages, renowned restaurants, and wineries. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Acireale and Giarre, with Taormina just over 30 kilometers away.
Once a thriving 20th-century vineyard, the villa was later abandoned and has since been transformed into an elegant venue. Spanning two levels, it features stylish living spaces, a modern kitchen with terrace access, and six luxurious suites, each with air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. Some suites include a private terrace with views of Mount Etna, a freestanding bathtub, or a cozy sitting area.
The highlight of the villa is its wellness area, featuring a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, Swedish sauna, massage room, and gym (available upon request for an additional fee). A separate building houses a cinema and a billiard room.
Surrounded by a 5,000-square-meter park with manicured gardens and stone pathways, the estate offers ample outdoor spaces, including a shaded terrace for dining and a relaxation area near the pool. The villa is accessed through an automatic gate, leading to a private parking area.
The ground floor is dedicated to leisure, with a spa, gym, cinema, and billiard room. The upper floor is the villa’s heart, featuring an elegant living room with a fireplace, lounge areas, a grand piano, and a spacious dining table. A sleek kitchen opens to a panoramic terrace, while six refined suites provide stylish comfort. A laundry room is also available.
The swimming pool, located 150 meters from the villa, can be accessed via stairs or an elevator. Measuring 4 by 14 meters, it features a cascading waterfall, sun loungers, umbrellas, a shaded dining space, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
