Italy Villa Ilaria is a modern retreat in the prestigious resort of Liscia di Vacca, blending contemporary luxury with the charm of the Costa Smeralda. Its exposed stone façade reflects local tradition, while Orosei and Verona marble, colonial-inspired furnishings, and large windows create a refined yet inviting atmosphere with stunning sea views.
Located between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, the villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and crystal-clear waters. It offers a serene escape while remaining close to nightlife and beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Liscia di Vacca, Cala Granu, and Cala del Faro.
Spread over two levels, the villa is connected externally. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a cozy lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. Two double bedrooms with ensuite showers, an additional single bedroom, a separate bathroom, and a laundry area complete this level. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where a bright living area with an ornamental fireplace, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen open onto a sea-view terrace with a stone dining table and a brick barbecue. Three double bedrooms overlook the pool, two with ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub-shower combination.
