Italy Villa Nula comprises a main building and three independent units. The main unit features a bright living area with large windows, a refined dining room with an open kitchen, and two stylish double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Adjacent, a private unit offers a double bedroom, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. Another intimate unit includes a double bedroom and an external bathroom just steps away. The third unit is a luxurious suite with a sea-view balcony, en-suite bathroom, and elegant décor, blending tradition with modern comfort.
Spanning 18,000 sqm, the terraced grounds follow the land’s natural contours, framed by Salento stone walls. The upper area retains its wild Mediterranean charm, while landscaped gardens surround the accommodations with palms, flowering hedges, and manicured lawns. A shaded portico with a dining area and built-in barbecue offers an inviting alfresco setting.
Just 5 meters from the main unit, the stunning 8x5m infinity pool (1.3m deep) features Roman steps, sand-colored PVC lining, and a chlorine purification system. Overlooking the sea, the solarium area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
