Nestled within 3,000 square meters of lush gardens with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, Italy Villa Cathryn features an irregular-shaped pool and a shaded porch for relaxation. Its white façade and Gothic-arched windows introduce a refined interior, complete with an indoor pool and hydro-massage.
The main house and annex are designed for comfort and style. A grand glass entrance leads into a bright dining area with a sleek six-meter-long kitchen and an elegant dining table. The open-plan living space includes a cozy lounge and a striking indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lush gardens.
The sleeping area has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two double bedrooms, one with a garden view and outdoor access, feature en-suite bathrooms. Another bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.40m wide), while the fourth has bunk beds; these share a bathroom with a shower. The annex offers two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed, sharing a unique bathroom set in a restored trullo. A laundry room is conveniently located between the buildings.
The villa’s fully enclosed garden is landscaped with vibrant flowers and lawns around the pool area. A wooden pergola provides a shaded retreat with a lovely view of the pool and gardens. The rooftop terrace is a highlight, offering a breathtaking view of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas, perfect for sunset drinks. At night, the illuminated waterfront invites guests to explore nearby seafood restaurants and seaside bars.
The outdoor pool, approximately 110 square meters, ranges from 1 to 2.2 meters in depth and includes stainless steel ladders for easy access. A cold-water outdoor shower is nearby, and the surrounding stone deck is furnished with loungers. A 60-square-meter shaded pergola offers a peaceful retreat. At night, the pool and garden lighting create a magical atmosphere. The outdoor pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October.
The indoor pool, located within the main living area, measures 5 x 2.5 meters with a depth of 80 cm. Lined with mosaic tiles and purified with chlorine, it features wide steps for easy access, offering a private, relaxing experience.
