Villa Zafira 7 has a main entrance that opens into the foyer. The dining and living room areas are on the left, and the kitchen is just off the dining room. On the right is a Master bedroom with a Super King w/ en-suite bathroom & balcony door that affords an extraordinary view of the neighboring Cycladic islands, inside the room is a loft with a single bed. Two other bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed & a balcony door with direct access to the pool, the other with 2 single beds, share a bathroom. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service-so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate- so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix- to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat-screen TVs- so everyone can watch, back-up generators- to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant- so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.
