Villa Amore, located in Santa Maria di Leuca, is an elegant contemporary villa immersed in the Salento landscape. The villa is on two floors connected by an external staircase with 17 steps. The ground floor features a modern kitchen that opens onto an open-plan living area and lounge, a guest bathroom, and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. The basement includes three additional double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The park covers an area of about 8000 sqm, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation. The garden is an oasis of greenery, with the lawn alternating with plants of Mediterranean scrub such as rosemary, lavender, and thyme, which diffuse the characteristic scents typical of Salento. The entire park is designed to enhance the sea view; from the highest areas, one can admire the panorama that sweeps over the crystal-clear waters of the two seas surrounding Santa Maria di Leuca. The living area leads out to a portico equipped with sitting areas, while the kitchen leads to the outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. Please note that photos are taken in spring; therefore, flower blossoming and the colors of the garden’s grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
The pool is located approximately 30 meters from the villa and is reached along a path in the garden. Rectangular and measuring 6 x 16 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, the pool is lined with PVC, with side access steps and a peninsula at the entrance of about one meter, which acts as a platform or relaxation area. It is equipped with internal and external lighting. The solarium area is furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo. The pool is chlorine-purified and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
