The villa is immersed in private gardens, surrounded by olive trees, lush Mediterranean plants and herbs.
Some of the highlights of the property are the different lounge areas where you can relax and admire the sunset behind the Olympos mountain. The roof garden with a breath-taking and 360o view where there is a big sofa-bed and you can explore the sky and stars at nights. The outdoor living room front of the pool, the other one with a fireplace and one more sitting area with a swing.
The property consists of two buildings
A two-floor apartment which has at the ground floor the living room, the dining room, the full equipped kitchen and a WC, while the spa area, the gym and the cinema room are located in
the basement.
Upstairs, there is the en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed, a daybed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
At the nearby second building, on the ground floor two more en-suite bedrooms are located which have their own privacy.
One bedroom with a queen size bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC. One bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.
A second underground, well ventilated, separate and autonomous apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, small living room and kitchen.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, as well as there is the possibility of adding children’s beds or baby cribs. If you are looking for privacy, all rooms open with personal codes set by customers before
their arrival.
The villa is situated in one of the most blessed place of Halkidiki. It is 8km from the village Neos Marmaras and 15km from the village Nikiti. It worths to visit the Historical and Folklore Museum of Niikiti and the traditional village Parthenonas.
