The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Bar, Sofa, an iron board and iron, a washing machine & tumble dryer.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for October, April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost . We request three days’ advance notice for this facility.
