Villa Amanzi is a luxury villa located in the exclusive Cape Amarin estate. It is one of the most spectacular villas on the Mile of the Millionaire headland between Kamala and Patong beaches with superb sea and sunset views. A 10-minute drive north leads to Kamala Beach, a stretch of soft golden sand popular with families.Set over three levels, this awe-inspiring holiday retreat features a spacious main living and dining room. This uncluttered area is simply furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a picnic-style wooden dining table, with soft, subtle tones letting the eyes rest after all those hours spent gazing out to the glittering sea and pool panorama. The adjacent guest kitchen is a no-fuss space too, with crisp white accents and a dining table for eight offering a cool, calm place to gather for breakfast.

The chef’s kitchen is hidden away behind the guest kitchen, while downstairs the family/games room boasts an Apple TV entertainment system, pool table, table tennis and more. This retreat can house up to 12 guests in six sleek minimalist bedrooms that offer superb sea views. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers and the three upper rooms are equipped with TVs. Three bedrooms are furnished with convertible twin/king beds, giving families and groups plenty of flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Amanzi’s much-photographed pool is the defining feature of the villa, with its 15-meter length extending towards the sea creating an eye-catching illusion of floating in the air. A sunbed-lined deck, lawns and a barbecue entertaining area set around the pool offer a perfect setting for a cocktail party or small wedding ceremony. Behind the living room is a sloped landscaped garden area with a stunning white Buddha statue.
